Position Area Sales Manager
Segment Retail
Business Selling Apple Range of Products & Accessories
Total Experience 7-9 years of direct sales experience preferably in the retail industry. Should have a direct store handling experience for at least 2-3 years.
Qualification Graduates / PG
Key Responsibilities
  • Keep a close eye on finances and marketing in each store
  • Planning & Achieving Revenue Target
  • Understand their company’s policies and guidelines
  • Implement sales strategies and goals that are adhered to by each store
  • Ensure planning and availability of the stocks
  • Planning and adherence to SOP’s
  • Ensuring the deliveries and adherence to store audits via the team
  • Hiring and training managers at each store
Key Requisites
  • Lead the team by example, with an eye to detail with regards to the business
  • Possess excellent communication,Customer handling and Team handling skills (also issues / escalations if any)
  • Computer savvy, especially handling reports and generating them in Excel
  • Possess good leadership skills, analytical skills and problem solving skills
  • Creating healthy work environment
  • Data driven and results oriented, with a test before invest mentality
  • Proactive and with a positive “can do” attitude
  • Organized, detail oriented, and strong time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy, and drive for a fast- paced environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team
  • Comfortable in a competitive, high-performance target-driven environment
