Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and attending customers.
  • Handling customer queries/ issues related to the product through Onsite support.
  • Installing & troubleshooting hardware & software systems.
  • Manually setup computer and hardware, install software programs of user, troubleshoot or restore or setup.
  • Test functionality and assess, solve problems by operating system or related.
  • Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from field service visits.
  • Develop Service Technical documentation.
  • Examine and repair hardware and peripheral components.
Key Requisites
  • Should have excellent communication skills ( Spoken & Written ).
  • Should be able to engage in conversation.
  • Willing to travel across location.
  • Adaptability – High – with a mindset to deliver results
  • Willing to learn
