- Greeting and attending customers.
- Handling customer queries/ issues related to the product through Onsite support.
- Installing & troubleshooting hardware & software systems.
- Manually setup computer and hardware, install software programs of user, troubleshoot or restore or setup.
- Test functionality and assess, solve problems by operating system or related.
- Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from field service visits.
- Develop Service Technical documentation.
- Examine and repair hardware and peripheral components.
- Should have excellent communication skills ( Spoken & Written ).
- Should be able to engage in conversation.
- Willing to travel across location.
- Adaptability – High – with a mindset to deliver results
- Willing to learn
