Key Responsibilities
  • To provide L1 and L2 technical support via Phone/email for internal customers and corporate customers
  • Provide technical support to Windows/ Mac OS related incoming queries/issues
  • Comply with the SLA agreement with the customers
  • Proactive followups with the customers on issues which is under observation and pending issues
  • Building up knowledge base and FAQs periodically
  • Maintain and provide periodical reports on the tickets as needed by the management from time to time
Key Requisites
  • Basic understanding of Windows or Mac operating systems
  • Hands on experience on Installation, Backup, printing, Network and compatibility issues
  • Good troubleshooting skills CCNA or network certification – Good to have Good oral and written skills
