Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations made to clients.
  • Maintain customer sales transaction report.
  • Manage item code in ERP, generate OPF and follow up for approval.
  • Manage vendor registration
  • Keeping update on delivery status/ proof , invoice to support sales team.
  • Handle customer queries/escalations.
  • Liaison between other teams to provide service / support.
  • Handle various reports.
Key Requisites
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Should have effective negotiation and administration ability.
  • Should have excellent customer service skills
  • Must have knowledge in using spreadsheet.
