Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to client locations and troubleshoot.
  • Greeting and attending customers.
  • Handling customer queries/ issues related to the product through Onsite support.
  • Installing & troubleshooting hardware & software systems. Manually setup computer and hardware, install software programs of user, troubleshoot or restore or setup.
  • Test functionality and assess, solve problems by operating system or related.
  • Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from field service visits.
  • Develop Service Technical documentation.
  • Examine and repair hardware and peripheral components.
Key Requisites
  • Must have inclination towards Technologies
  • Willing to travel across Bangalore/ Mumbai.
  • Must have a two wheeler or willing to buy one after some time.
  • Willing to work on weekends and holidays(if required)
  • Knowledge on computer hardware & software is added advantage.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Should be able to handle customer queries and should aim at customer delight.
