  • Provide inbound telephone support to customers.
  • Responding to inquiries and resolving customer complaints.
  • Promoting and selling various solutions and services.
Key Requisites
  • Professional phone manner, including patience, empathy and a knack for understanding customer needs.
  • Excellent communication & comprehension skills.
  • Must be very willing to work in different shifts.
